Are you passionate about digital technologies and looking for a challenging opportunity to drive performance and strategy alignment within a dynamic environment? We are seeking a Performance Strategy Manager to join the Office of the Chief Digital Officer (OCDO) team based in Nottingham on a permanent basis.
Here's what you'll be doing
* Design and manage the performance reporting of the UK Digital Technology (DT) department, ensuring alignment with strategic outcomes.
* Collaborate with DT leadership and stakeholders to create an adaptable performance reporting framework.
* Maintain and publish monthly DT performance reports, providing valuable insights through stakeholder collaboration.
* Support the preparation of Performance Dialogues (PDs) with key stakeholders to c suite level, offering narrative and interpretation for performance data.
* Develop and execute a multi-channel DT communication and engagement plan to inform colleagues and celebrate successes.
* Manage the delivery of DT Floor Talk and DT Annual Conference, ensuring alignment with communication plans and budget.

* Strong business and stakeholder relationship management skills.
* Excellent communication abilities across all organizational levels.

* Ability to manage multiple activities and deliver results within challenging timelines.
