We are looking for a Staff Nurse to work at Llandovery Community Hospital providing rehabilitation and palliative care to patients from the area, under GP direction and to patients further afield under the care of a Consultant.
Llandovery Hospital has 15 inpatient beds, an outpatient department and works closely with General Practitioners and a Consultant Doctor from Glangwili General Hospital. It is a tight knit group of dedicated staff, who, due to its rural aspect, have honed their skills at collaborative working and can work outside the box when needed. We welcome new members of staff and look forward to utilising their skills in order to enhance patient care.
Main duties of the job
We are looking for Band 5 Registered Nurses to join our staff at Llandovery Hospital, Carmarthenshire on a permanent basis. This will boost our existing staff complement to develop the hospital and explore provision of some new services and direction to meet the needs of our community.
Various full time and part time hours are available and will include day and night shifts.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
Interviews to be held on 15/01/2025.
