such as Preston North End, Blackburn Rovers, Liverpool and Everton. Clayton Park Bakery also run a van sales operation across the
North West.
More About the Role
Working within the manufacture department producing our savoury products you will be trained to work with the Warehouse/Stores
manager. You will be required to cover for them whilst they are on leave and also expected to help out in production if required.
Health and Food Safety guidelines must be followed along with completing Quality & Technical audits actions.
Here’s What You Can Expect to be Doing
Working with the Warehouse and the Production Manager performing weekly stock checks, organising freezer, fridge stock.
Quality checking raw products & updating goods in and out on computer software Stevens’s system.
Recording & reducing waste, improving recycling.
Maintaining Food safety and Hygiene standards.
Providing requirements for production at neighbouring bakery in Huncoat.
Ensuring stock is ordered when required.
Compliant with all Health and safety regulations.
Working/supporting in production if and when required.
To follow COVID government guidelines.
A Few Things About You
Ideally a warehouse/stores background within a food environment.
FLT experience/previous license.
Knowledge of Food safety & Quality Hygiene standards.
Awareness of Health and Safety at work.
Reliable – You will be providing supplies to other departments/bakeries/stores.
Trustworthy - Able to work alone or part of a team.
Be flexible, courteous, friendly and positive in your approach
