About you:
To be successful in this role you will be a motivated self-starter, and ready to start learning and selling! The successful candidate will have a high energy approach, a willingness to learn and ambition. You will need a current driver’s licence and your own car with a current agent's representative certificate – or we can work with you to obtain this.
Responsibilities of the role include (but are by no means limited to):
* Generating new business (telephone marketing & door-knocking).
* Attending 'Open For Inspections' & private inspections.
* Assisting with phone & email inquiries.
* Conducting Buyer Follow Up via telephone and email.
* Writing follow-up reports to vendors.
* Preparing property reports.
* Database management.
* Processing new listings and advertising schedules.
* Scheduling appointments.
* Preparing and curating marketing campaigns.
