About the role This is a varied and people-facing position, where you'll be managing customer bookings, coordinating with technicians, and ensuring everyone stays in the loop customers and colleagues alike. From the first call to the final invoice, youll be the one making sure everything runs smoothly and that customers feel looked after, not just processed.
