Job Description
We are seeking experienced and dynamic Business Development Managers to join our team ideally in the Bristol area. These roles are pivotal in driving our growth and ensuring our tender submissions are not only competitive but also showcase the unique value we bring to our clients. You will work closely with the Business Development Team and the Operations Teams to support winning proposals, manage key stakeholders and maintain strong client relationships.
Your experience should be within the business development/sales function of the education catering sector. Whilst you will have your own remit for sales opportunities, you will need to be prepared to travel across the UK and support the wider team for key sales activities, site visits, presentations, etc, therefore flexibility is essential in this role.

Qualifications
You should be:

* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent written and spoken English
* Excellent communication skills
* Knowledge of state education catering
* Passionate about food and service
* Ability to work to deadlines
* Excellent planning and organisation skills
* Patience and an ability to work under pressure/to deadlines
* Tenacious
* An ability to engage positively with individuals of different seniority internally and externally
* Good IT skills including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
