We\\\'re looking for a Debt Collection Negotiator to work with our clients, customers, and commercial customers to create and negotiate payment arrangements to achieve that mission. Working towards KPI\\\'s your key responsibilities will be:Answering inbound and making outbound calls to our clients.Gather information from clients to ensure repayment offers are sustainable for the customer.Negotiating fairly to settle customers\\\' accounts.Identify and ensure the fair treatment of customers in vulnerable situations.To review, maintain, accurately update, and amend account records on the collection system.Manual case management via review list between inbound calls, this will require manual outbound calls to companies, multiple calls in some cases, to ascertain and contact the correct person or team at the business.Carry out online checks to verify and validate company information including solvency status.Dealing with our clients contact via email.
