Your role
Berry Group are currently recruiting for a Service Team Manager to join our BMW dealership in Chiswick. Working as part of a team and reporting to the Aftersales Manager, this role offers you the opportunity to use your leadership skills to drive performance on our service reception.
What will I do on a daily basis?
1. Provide day-to-day guidance and direction to a team of Service Advisors.
2. Ensure the highest level of customer care and satisfaction are delivered at all times.
3. Identify areas of improvement for the service reception department to improve performance and customer satisfaction.
4. Plan ahead and manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are achieved.
5. Develop and maintain professional working relationships with all customers, dealership colleagues, suppliers, and external representatives.
Your profile
1. You would have experience in a similar role within a vehicle dealership.
2. Ability to remain professional, calm, and positive at all times.
3. Approach tasks eagerly and cooperate fully when requested.
4. Proactive mindset.
5. Positive, can-do attitude.
6. Outstanding organization and time management skills with the ability to work to deadlines.
