Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our client's team. Key Responsibilities Strategic HR Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives. Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing requirements based on business goals and project timelines. Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline to support the company's growth. Work closely with The Search House, the company's talent acquisition partner. Performance Management: Design and implement performance management systems to monitor and improve employee performance. Provide guidance and support to managers in conducting performance appraisals and setting development goals. Employee Relations: Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that promotes teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement. Address employee concerns and grievances promptly and effectively, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies. Training and Development: Identify training needs and develop comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies. Promote continuous learning and professional development opportunities for all employees. Compensation and Benefits: Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with regulations. Conduct regular reviews and benchmarking to maintain attractive and equitable compensation packages. Compliance and Policy Management: Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies. Update and communicate HR policies and procedures to employees, ensuring understanding and adherence. Candidate Profile: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. Proven experience (5 years) as an HR Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the real estate or related industry. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage change in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proficiency in HR software and tools, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
