Position: Maths Teacher
Salary: £31,000 - £42,500 per annum

Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan and deliver engaging and challenging Maths lessons to students at KS3 and KS4.
2. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports student achievement.
3. Assess student progress through regular marking, feedback, and reporting.
4. Support students in preparing for GCSE exams, ensuring they meet their targets and potential.
5. Manage classroom behaviour effectively, promoting a culture of respect and enthusiasm for learning.
6. Collaborate with colleagues to develop the Maths curriculum and share best practices.
7. Provide individual support to students who require additional help with Maths.
Requirements:
8. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree in Mathematics or a related field.
9. Proven experience teaching Maths at the secondary school level.
10. Strong subject knowledge and the ability to communicate complex mathematical concepts in an accessible way.
11. Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
12. Passionate about education and committed to fostering a love for Maths in students.
