Location: Porvair Filtration Group, Segensworth, Fareham
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
* To deliver exceptional financial results from Porvair Filtration Group’s Segensworth Division.
* To manage and motivate an effective team of senior managers within the division, ensuring finance, engineering, customer service, sales, operations, and production deliver sustainable improvement in performance.
* To ensure effective resourcing and support the objectives of special projects.
* To determine annual budgets for approval by the Board and to deliver them with support from the Managing Director.
* To support the Managing Director in planning and meeting medium term (>1 year) sales objectives in terms of growth, pricing strategy, and new product development.
* To define the divisional growth strategy as agreed with the Managing Director and to meet annual commercial, technical, and operational objectives as agreed with the Managing Director.
* To ensure high levels of customer service and champion customer interests within the division.
* With support from group Health and Safety Management, ensure compliance with all relevant company and statutory health, safety, and environmental regulations.
* To ensure full compliance with the company’s procedures and other market or customer requirements.
* To ensure the division delivers a consistently high quality product and maintains on-time delivery performance >90%.
* Support the PFG board on operational matters and deliver specific projects as defined by the Managing Director.
* To manage the monthly reporting to the PFG Board.
* To flow down senior management objectives within the division to support delivery of the strategy and to chair internal divisional management meetings with the senior management and all staff, fostering a divisional culture that supports the business objectives.
* To ensure the division operates within all relevant laws and regulations.
Essential Qualifications:
* Degree in a relevant technical discipline.
Desirable Qualifications:
* MBA or other business management qualification.
Skills & Knowledge Required:
* Good interpersonal and management skills.

* Financial management – P&L, cash flow, balance sheet.
Experience Required:
* Manufacturing.
* Operations management (high variability desirable).
