About the role and key responsibilities:
As our Operations and Sales Co-ordinator, you would support the company directors in ensuring our work schedule and all orders are produced efficiently and to the highest standard, along with supporting our internal team with the online portal.
Duties include:
1. Processing orders
2. Creating customer quotations
3. Managing incoming phone calls
4. Supporting directors with inbox monitoring
5. Raising supplier purchase orders
6. Managing stock and purchasing of office & production supplies
7. Assisting with online portal
8. Supporting the business through LinkedIn communications
9. Supporting at marketing events & customer meetings
10. Supporting the directors with lead generation activity and CRM administration
11. Communicating with new and existing customers and scheduling customer meetings with directors
