This is an opportunity for a Part II Architectural Assistant to join them on-site in Holland Park until July 2025 to help bring this unique project to completion. Role & Responsibilities Collaborate with a team of 4-5 architects to deliver the final stages of this high-profile project in Holland Park Frequent on-site involvement, ideal for those who enjoy hands-on construction coordination Assist with detailing, technical coordination, and construction elements of the project Work across a range of technical and design solutions, ensuring seamless execution on-site.Required Skills & Experience Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential Previous experience working on high-end luxury residential projects is required Strong construction and on-site coordination experience Ability to assist with detailing and technical problem-solving Immediate availability is preferred to meet urgent project needs.What you get back Flexible hourly, daily or fixed-term rates available Opportunity to contribute to the final stages of an iconic project Collaborate with an experienced and prestigious team in a supportive work environment.
