Role Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a strong background in Business and Computing education
Proven experience as Head of Department, including curriculum development and team management
Passionate about fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate both students and staff
Commitment to raising student achievement and developing innovative teaching practices
Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality Business and Computing lessons to students, fostering engagement and academic excellence
Lead the department, supporting team members and driving forward curriculum improvements
Plan and implement effective teaching strategies that cater to diverse learning needs
Collaborate with school leadership and staff to support school-wide initiatives and promote a cohesive learning environment
Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback and support as needed
