£25000 - £30000 dependant on experience
Monday to Friday 0830 – 1700
I am recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor for a very well established employer who are a leader in their industry
Key responsibilities:
* Responsible for responding to customer queries from incoming calls and emails.
* Completing bookings
* Contacting previous customers of the business
* Maintaining the client database
* Ensure strong working relationships are developed with all stakeholders
* Maintaining current customer relationship as well as building new ones.
