Comprised of a passionate team of creative, production and account management professionals, this boutique agency deliver a unique portfolio of brand experience, exhibition and hospitality activations for high profile clients and sponsors within the sporting sector. For each bespoke brief, the agency will design innovative solutions to create unforgettable experiences that are custom built and delivered through their incredibly collaborative team.
Due to an ongoing period of success, they are now seeking to grow their team with an Event Account Project Manager.
The Role
Working predominately across one key client account, this role will be client facing with a key focus on project delivery. Responsibilities will include:
- Working closely with clients
- Brief taking and proposal development
- End to end project delivery across a range of events
- Project scheduling and planning
- Collaboration with inhouse creative and production
- Supplier coordination including briefing and ongoing management
- Onsite delivery of events
- Financial management of events
The Candidate
We are seeking ambitious candidates who hold existing experience working within a creative event or production agency environment. Experience handling projects from brief to delivery would be beneficial however those who have supported across large scale, complex projects and are ready to take more ownership over their own events may also be considered. Client management skills and evidence of budget management skills would also be very advantageous.
