JOB TITLE: Employer Sales Co-ordinator
LOCATION: King's Lynn
HOURS: 37 hours per week 8.30am - 5pm flexible
SALARY: £24,131 - £24,976 (per annum)
This is an exciting new role to support the employer engagement team through liaison with existing customers in relation to our education and training offer. You will be the first point of contact for queries, maintain and report on data to identify key areas of growth and work with both internal and external colleagues to identify potential development opportunities. As this is a new role, there is scope to help shape it over time to maximise its impact.
The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail and be comfortable with using and compiling data in a variety of formats as well as having a strong grasp of IT applications including the Microsoft suite and bespoke systems.
You must hold at least a level 3 qualification in business administration or equivalent as well as level 2 qualifications in English and maths, or be willing to obtain.
The role involves coordinating all aspects of sales and related supporting processes to maximise income. This will include liaising with internal and external stakeholders and maintaining key college systems including Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Effective employer engagement is essential in relation to all aspects of sales and related processes to maximise income through the provision of training programmes including commercial courses, skills assessment and other identified activities. The role requires a proactive approach to liaising with businesses to provide a high level of customer service.
