Managed Service Analyst

Bright Purple are on the lookout for an experienced IT professional who has experience with B2B software application support to join our client's Livingston office. You will be joining a close-knit Managed Services team who support operations both internally and externally.
As well as a competitive salary of £40,000 - £55,000 depending on experience, benefits include:

What you'll be doing:
Liaising with clients, customers and data centres
Monitoring, checking, and completing daily processing and batch tasks
Running control reports
Supporting software and deploying applications
Meet operational SLAs
What we are looking for:
Experience working in a similar role, with knowledge of ITIL
B2B support with strong client engagement skills
Good knowledge SQL Server and Powershell
Knowledge of Relational databases
Able to work as part of a team, and communicate with people in the business and externally who are in other locations
This is a hybrid role, with two days per week being onsite in Livingston therefore we can only consider candidates who are within travelling distance. Please note this role also does include a shift pattern, as well as an on-call rota (with additional remuneration for this) which we are happy to go into further detail about.
