Project Coordinator Near Redhill, Surrey Office Based £25-35k DOE Benefits include: Quarterly Bonus (after probation) Company Pension 25 days holiday plus BH (rising with service) Parking Our client who is well established and a leader in their field is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their team. This is a great role for someone who has previous experience in a similar role and is looking to develop their career in a growing business. Duties include: Maintain a database of existing and new customers. Record and monitor all sales opportunities using relevant software. Raise estimates from information provided by customers ensuring company margins are achieved. Provide technical support on all products and services. Attend networking events as required. Process and manage all orders / projects ensuring customers objectives can be achieved regarding lead times and products. Monitor stock level against order expectations. Raise purchase orders as required for stock and non stock items. Manage all sub-contract elements ensuring projects costs and variations are achieved. Ensure all project files are completed and up to date. Maintain estimating / processing packages as required. Attend site meetings upon request. Provide temporary support as required in warehouse management, distribution and use of machinery upon full training. Proactively contact customers to create new opportunities. Any other duties of a less skilled nature as requested by your line manager. Working hours will be 39.5 hours per week, Monday to Thursday between the hours of 08:30 and 17:30 and Friday between the hours of 08:30 and 17.00.
