Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Reward and Benefits Specialist to join our VetPartners family.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide specialist support and lead activities to design and implement effective reward and benefits strategies.
* Collaborate with the People Transformation / Reward Team to deliver business outcomes and drive employee engagement.
* Develop and maintain knowledge of reward and benefits best practices, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee understanding of reward and benefits schemes.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in reward and benefits management, with a strong understanding of UK employment law.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work.
What We Offer:
* A competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000, depending on experience.
* A 37.5 hour working week, with the option of hybrid working (60% in-office requirement).
