Your New Role
Are you a Junior Finance Professional wanting to kick start their career in Finance? Are you a self-starter with great interpersonal skills and wanting to progress within a global business? Are you a Team Player with strong attention to detail and great analytical skills? We now need you!
Reporting into the Head of Order to Cash, you will be an integral part of our Finance team who support our global operations through the provision of financial management services including efficient and effective credit and collections services, cash flow forecasting, recording, and reporting of financial results.
What You Can Expect from the Role
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
1. Ensuring weekly processes are achieved in a timely manner and all queries are resolved.
2. Creating and updating spreadsheets of financial transactions.
3. Reformatting and uploading data into internal and external portals.
4. Working closely and responsibly with internal finance teams and external parties.
5. Maintaining accurate and comprehensive records.
6. Identifying and initiating process improvements and efficiencies.
7. Supporting cash flow forecasting.
8. Working with internal and external auditors.
The Experience, Qualifications and Skills You Will Have
Essential Criteria
1. Strong communication skills.
2. Experience using or working with CSV and Excel files.
3. Strong analytical skills.
4. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new software & processes.
5. Good organisational & time management skills.
Desirable Criteria
1. Experience of a data centric environment.
2. Administration experience within a finance environment.
3. Bachelor’s degree in Finance.
