Apprentices will undertake an initial structured departmental induction and training programme throughout the Apprenticeship to be able to undertake general reception duties along with other administrative support, required for the day-to-day running of the Therapy Service Departments. You will be expected to rotate between varying reception areas across the Trust. You will also be responsible for dealing with enquiries from Clerical and Secretarial staff, Medical and Nursing staff, other Trust personnel and general enquiries from patients and members of the public both face-to-face and over the phone.
