Job Description:
Monarch Education are currently working alongside Primary Schools in the Corby area to find an Early Years Teaching Assistant to start from February 2024.
The candidate for this role will prepare, maintain and use equipment/resources required to meet the lesson plans/relevant learning activity and assist pupils in their use e.g. from pencils to the internet.
The ideal candidate for this role will hold / be confident in the following:
* Establish constructive relationships with parents/carers.
* Provide clerical/administration support e.g. filing, administering coursework.
* Monitor and manage stock and supplies, cataloguing as required, e.g. EYFS materials.
* Undertake structured and agreed learning activities/teaching programmes, adjusting activities according to pupil responses.
* Undertake programmes linked to local and national learning strategies e.g. literacy, Read Write Inc, numeracy, EYFS and progress and feedback to the teacher.
* Support the use of ICT in learning activities and develop pupils' competence and independence in its use.

Your application will be subject to an enhanced DBS and two references, so it is essential that you have previous experience of working in an Education Setting.
