Business Development Executive
As a business development executive, you will be required to work with our clients, consultants, and other key employees in order to grow existing sales, develop client relationships, and secure new sales opportunities. Your ultimate goal is to maximize their revenues through business acumen and the development of client relationships.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
* Business development of existing, new, and lapsed clients
* New business sales leads
* Account Management
* Work with colleagues to ensure that targets and objectives are met in a timely manner, ensuring individual and branch targets and objectives are met and overachieved
* Involvement in continuous improvement activities
* Arranging and attending meetings
The Person:

* Our client is looking for people who enjoy getting to know new people – it is critical to their business that you have a strong background in B2B sales and are able to build good relationships and enjoy getting to know their clients.
* You will need to be resourceful, proactive, use your initiative, and be naturally curious. The ability to work well under pressure is essential.

* Two days are never the same, so to succeed you will need to be able to plan thoroughly, meet tight deadlines, and work in a highly competitive environment, no matter what else unexpectedly happens in your working day.
Our client is based in the Swindon town centre, working 8.30 am – 5.00 pm, Monday to Friday.
