This role at Leek is full time, however part time hours will be considered. Main Responsibilities You will support the local Community Highways team to provide a community-based approach to the delivery of the highway service, improving elected member and community satisfaction. provide a first-line response to enquiries and be the go-to person for community enquiries related to highways. interrogate digital records and GIS systems, collate information to respond to requests support the production of reports and programmes of work. The Ideal Candidate You will also have: experience of working with complex data and responding to written and verbal enquiries business administration experience or equivalent qualifications excellent customer service skills, an ability to interpret maps with a good attention to detail.
