Responsibilities:
1. Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in the nursery
2. Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and curriculum
3. Supervise and engage children in play and learning experiences
4. Monitor and ensure the well-being of each child in your care
5. Collaborate with parents and communicate regularly about their child's progress
6. Maintain a clean and organized nursery space
7. Follow all health and safety guidelines
Qualifications:
1. Previous experience working with young children in a nursery or childcare setting
2. Knowledge of child development principles and practices
3. Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
6. Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues
7. Valid CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
8. High school diploma or equivalent (required)
9. Early Childhood Education certification (preferred)
