Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced Real Estate/Energy Contract Lawyer to join their growing team.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to specialise in future energy matters, with a focus on clean energy projects including wind, solar, battery storage, electric vehicles, and hydro. The successful candidate will be involved in drafting option agreements and leases, undertaking due diligence on projects, and maintaining relations with existing clients. This role is perfect for a forward-thinking individual with excellent analytical, communication and organisational skills.

What you'll do:
* Drafting option agreements and leases for renewable energy projects
* Undertaking due diligence on clean energy projects
* Preparing title reports and Certificates of Title
* Acting in relation to the financing of clean energy projects and large-scale acquisitions/disposals
* Maintaining and improving relations with existing clients
* Supporting senior fee earners and contributing to our collaborative culture
What you bring:
* Qualified Solicitor (SRA or Law Society Registered) circa 1-3PQE
* Experience as a qualified Real Estate lawyer
* Interest in specialising in future energy matters
* Excellent analytical, communication and organisational skills
* Commercial awareness with enthusiasm for business development
* Understanding of client’s business needs
