Contracted hours: Full Time
Hours of work: Monday-Friday 9am - 5pm (37.5 hours)
Salary: £22,308.00
Holidays: 20 + bank holidays
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
1. Update and maintain bespoke databases
2. Communicate with Clients and Contractors, chasing up missing information
3. Review data, investigate discrepancies, approve reports and invoices
4. Attend video calls on Teams or similar with clients and contractors
5. Produce reports and certificates in Word and Excel and issue
6. Other admin duties as required
Essential Experience
1. Confident outgoing personality
2. Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
3. Previous office and administration experience
4. Competent computer skills (Office) including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook
5. Numerical and literacy skills (GCSE Maths and English C or above)
