As a Merchandising Assistant, you'll collaborate closely with the Demand Planner to ensure our products are always available "in stock, in the right places, at the right time". You will play a pivotal role in updating trade reports, analysing sales trends, monitoring deliveries and maintaining stock levels across the business. What are the responsibilities? Act as the key point of contact for store stock, building strong relationships with our store teams and analysing sales and stock data to maintain the ideal balance between stock availability and turnover. Create purchase orders for store allocations and replenishment, proactively adjusting store banding to maximise sales opportunities. Allocate campaign stock across all channels and provide insightful reports on campaign performance, collaborating with the Demand Planner to identify areas of opportunity or risk. Contribute to the management of line cards under the guidance of the Demand Planner, recommending replenishment orders based on ROS & cover. Assist the demand planner in conducting regular inventory audits to uphold accuracy and efficiency. Produce and distribute reports on a weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc basis to support the Demand Planner and the wider team. Provide administrative support to the team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. About you: You're analytically minded, with a passion for diving into data and using Excel to drive informed decisions. Your strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail ensure that nothing falls through the cracks. You are a great communicator with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels across the business. You are enthusiastic about learning and growing within the role. Are there any perks?
