Facility/Administration Officer - What You'll Be Doing:
* Manage office maintenance, premises administration, and Health and Safety compliance
* Liaise with the building management company, contractors, and attend tenant meetings
* Update/renew office maintenance contracts and handle landlord/lease issues
* Manage physical access control, including issuing and deleting access cards
* Order and manage stationery and supplies to ensure sufficient stock
* Assist with expatriate and local staff tasks such as reports, room setups, and general administration
Facility/Administration Officer - The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:
* Business Level in both English and Japanese(Mandatory)
* Proficiency in Japanese for Head Office communication
* Experience in facility management in a Japanese corporate environment
* Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word and Excel
* Ability to manage office-related administrative tasks effectively
