Novotel London Waterloo with its 187 bedrooms, 6 meeting rooms, bar, restaurant, and fitness & sauna, is finally opening again and is looking for its new Front Office Manager!

As the ‘face of Novotel London Waterloo’, you will have autonomy over the day-to-day management of the Front Office and Reservations departments, including rota’s, team recruitment, and purchases. Together with the Operations Manager, you will address guest complaints and provide solutions, ensuring a wonderful guest experience.
With an open attitude, you will motivate and inspire the front office team to provide high-quality services for your guests.
You should be proactive, curious, creative, and have a great sense of humour. As a member of the hotel’s management team, you will participate in management meetings and carry out Duty Management shifts accordingly.
