Job Title: Teaching Assistant – Inclusion & Behaviour Support
Location: West Sussex (various locations)
Contract: Full Time 32.5 hours per week – Term Time Only
Salary: £89 per day – (Travel between students will be paid)

We are looking for a committed and empathetic Teaching Assistants to join a specialist team working across West Sussex, supporting children and young people who are at risk of permanent exclusion. This role plays a vital part in promoting inclusion, building resilience, and helping students re-engage with learning.
About the Role:
* Support students with behavioural, emotional, and social needs both in and out of the classroom.
* Work one-to-one and in small groups to help pupils overcome barriers to learning.
* Help develop strategies to manage challenging behaviour in a positive and restorative way.
* Assist with the delivery of tailored education plans and support reintegration into mainstream or specialist settings.
* Collaborate closely with teachers, SENCOs, family support workers, and external agencies.
You Will Have:
* Experience working with children or young people with social, emotional, or behavioural difficulties (SEMH) or similar experience.
