Carbon60 are currently looking for a Customer Operations Advisor to join a client of ours based on the Isover site in Runcorn. This position is a temporary role with an ASAP start running until 5th January.
Our client is a large engineering company with over 170 sites across the UK and Ireland, specialising in various engineering services. To do this, they often base themselves on their customer sites, which is the case in this instance.
Working Hours/Shift Pattern: 8:00-16:00 Monday - Friday, 30 mins lunch.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Service engineers that visit stores.
2. Booking items in/out correctly using on-site IT systems.
3. Stock checks and housekeeping in the stores area.
4. Inventory management.
5. Experience within a stores/warehouse environment.
6. Engineering background or previous experience in an engineering environment to recognise components easily is desirable.
7. Understanding of quality checks in a stores environment with goods in/goods out is desirable.
8. Active FLT License - counterbalance is highly desirable.
9. If an active license isn't held, the candidate can still be considered but won't be trained or involved in FLT duties. Refresher training can be provided for those with an active license.
10. Basic level of IT literacy and numeracy (data entry and remembering part numbers, etc., and stock counts).
