Job Description
We are delighted to be retained to work with a fantastic client to add to their forward thinking and busy HR department. We are looking to discuss this role with HR professionals who thrive in a fast environment and can bring a wealth of experience in case management. This role will be based on site 5 days per week in order for you to engage and develop a well-established and driven team.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Provide expert HR advice and support to employees and managers on a range of HR matters
✔ Maintain and update personnel records, contracts, and internal databases
✔ Ensure compliance with employment laws, updating policies and procedures as required
✔ Assist with disciplinary and grievance procedures, offering guidance to management
✔ Produce reports on HR activity for senior management
✔ Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and efficiency
Requirements:
✔ CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent)
✔ Minimum of 3 years' experience in an HR role, with a focus on Case Management.
✔ Ability to obtain a clean Disclosure Scotland
✔ Site based - Monday to Friday
