The opportunity: Working with one of Lorien Resourcing’s biggest MSP / SOW clients, you will be based on client site with the recruitment team in either the London or Edinburgh office. The job requires this individual to have a background within the recruitment industry, ideally in an administrative environment and someone with a passion for accuracy and attention to detail. Many of your stakeholders will be senior members of the client and you will need to remain positive when working under pressure and to tight deadlines. Based in either London or Edinburgh the main focus for this role is to look after over 1000 contractors onsite, this is a busy client account you will be responsible for the whole Contractor Community onsite with this client. By supporting for the entire contractor life cycle (pre, during and post assignment). This role will ensure all key stakeholders are fully informed throughout including operations, on and off-site teams, line mangers and the contractor. Day to day support and administration of the systems linked to the candidate experience (Fieldglass, Bullhorn, EXCEL In Time etc.) Lorien see this opportunity operating mainly on two different levels and split between “Coordination” and “Support”: Coordinate: Ensure all candidates are being managed via the Vendor Management System (Fieldglass). The candidate’s journey is always correctly recorded ensuring accuracy on the systems. To act as a point of contact for requests for information from both client and on-site account team. Produce both ad-hoc and scheduled reporting on a regular basis for stakeholders and team members. Work with the client’s Talent Acquisition and People Onboarding teams to ensure candidates are effectively managed through the on-boarding process. To act as a point of contact for contractors ensuring day one inductions are delivered in a timely manner. Be responsible for managing the on-boarding and contractor relationship for any ‘VIP’ workers. To effectively track and chase timesheets being entered and approved for all contractors. Chasing and processing of all contractor extensions, ensuring the relevant approvals are obtained. Support: Build effective relationships with all internal and client stakeholders operating within SLA’s Create, manage, and continuously improve all reporting for the client via Fieldglass and MS Excel. Become a subject matter expert for our recruitment and internal systems and provide support as required. To support the onsite team with recruitment system support, ensuring the system is always up to date. To deputise for Operations Manager where required, attending client meetings and producing ad-hoc / scheduled reports. To direct, support and coach the Recruitment Co-Ordinators. Be a first point of contact for any escalations, in the Operations Manager’s absence. Act as a role model for the other members of the team. Any other duties as reasonably requested by the line manager. Required expertise: You will need to have come from a recruitment background and ideally worked in a recruitment support capacity previously, as we see this person as a “senior / team lead coordinator” and deputising for the Team Manager in their absence which will involve people management responsibilities, coaching and mentoring others. This is a client facing environment so will be required to work on client site 3 days a week and from home or Lorien office the other 2 days. You will be the 'key point of contact' and 'go to person' for any queries from the contractors Lorien have placed on assignment with this client, so you need to feel comfortable and confident on the telephone and face 2 face to deal with a variety of different recruitment related queries.
