Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and execute marketing campaigns across digital channels (email, web, social, content)
* Manage and hold to account external partners (SEO, PPC, PR) to drive results
* Write and develop content, briefs, and creative that builds our brand and engages prospects
* Track and report on marketing performance (CPA, leads, engagement, traffic)
* Work closely with Sales and wider teams to align activity with business goals
* Own the website content and optimise for user experience and SEO
* Keep us on top of marketing trends, competitor activity, and opportunities to improve
* Contribute to shaping marketing direction, while delivering on the day-to-day
Qualifications:
* 2–4 years’ experience in a hands-on marketing role with growing ownership
* Proven ability to manage campaigns and external partners end-to-end
* Strong digital knowledge (especially SEO, PPC, content, email)
* Confident copywriter with a creative eye and attention to detail
* Data-driven, results-focused, and commercially aware
* Self-starter ready to take the lead and grow with the role
