Job Title: Menswear Fashion Designer (Streetwear / Casualwear Focus)
Location: Nottinghamshire, UK
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: £30,000
About Us
We're a fast-growing menswear label rooted in streetwear, urban casuals, and bold wardrobe staples. Our collections blend trend-driven styles with everyday wearability, designed for men who like to look fresh without trying too hard.
We're based in Nottinghamshire with a vibe that sits somewhere between London high street and "I could pull this off at a festival."
The Role
We're on the hunt for a Menswear Designer who knows their way around a drop-shoulder hoodie, respects the power of the perfect fleece, and isn't afraid of a little logo play. If you live and breathe men's fashion—especially jackets, outerwear, sets, and co-ords—you'll fit right in.
You'll be responsible for everything from initial concept to final product: designing pieces that keep us on-trend (but never too try-hard), collaborating with production teams, and ensuring that each garment hits the sweet spot between street-style and shelf appeal.
What You'll Be Doing
1. Designing seasonal capsule collections focused on jackets, fleeces, tracksuits, and casualwear
2. Creating moodboards, sketches, CADs, and tech packs
3. Forecasting trends and identifying what's hot before it hits ASOS
4. Working closely with production on sampling and fit approvals
5. Sourcing fabrics, trims, and embellishments with that premium-on-a-budget mindset
6. Collaborating with marketing/styling to bring collections to life visually
7. Owning quality control for your pieces—if it's going out with your name on it (well, technically not your name), it better be
We'd Love You To Have
1. 2+ years of UK, EU or USA experience in menswear fashion design (streetwear or casualwear is a plus)
2. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop & CAD (CLO 3D or similar a bonus)
3. A strong understanding of garment construction and production cycles
4. Knowledge of UK and European streetwear/street-style markets
5. A design portfolio that shows you Get The Vibe
6. A can-do attitude, but with taste
The Perks
1. Flexible-ish work culture (just don't disappear mid-sampling)
2. Staff discounts on collections
3. A creative studio environment where your ideas won't be watered down by twelve people named Steve
4. Occasional free samples (some wearable, some… experimental)
5. Growth opportunities in a company that actually wants to grow
