About the role We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Breakfast Club Assistant, providing a supportive and engaging start to the school day for children in our breakfast club program. Assisting with the daily running of the Breakfast Club, including setting up and clearing down, preparing and serving breakfast, and supervising mealtimes. Providing a safe, fun, and stimulating environment for children to enjoy their breakfast and activities. Supporting children with their individual needs and well-being. Working collaboratively with the Breakfast Club Manager, other staff, and parents. A passion for working with children. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills. Ability to supervise and manage a group of children. Good organisational skills. Enthusiastic, patient, and approachable. Reliable and punctual. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Experience working with children in a school or childcare setting.
