Job Description:
Position: Field Executive - Worcester - M4 Corridor
Salary: £23,500-£24,500 per annum, Up to 10% performance bonus, Company Car, Tablet, Phone, Group benefits (DIS, Pension)
Reports To: National Sales Manager
Hours of Work: 9:00 am to 5:30 pm
Location: Field-based with HQ visits and offsite meetings
Responsibilities:
* Develop strong customer relationships within your territory and identify growth opportunities.
* Promote and educate about all aspects of sports performance and supplementation.
* Maximize brand presence within the trade in your territory.
* Understand features and benefits of all products and lead conversations to promote them.
* Support existing accounts and identify additional growth opportunities.
* Lead category & brand training with key retailers/gyms.
* Support re-merchandising efforts to maintain brand standards.
* Drive performance to meet KPIs with a high-performing field mentality.
* Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to share best practices and insights.
* Proactively address issues and find resolutions.
* Maintain a thorough understanding of clients’ business and products.
* Complete administration tasks accurately and on time.
* Understand the retail landscape to leverage seasonal and competitive opportunities.
Candidate Requirements:
* Experience in a gym, sales, retail, or brand ambassador role within FMCG/Consumer goods is preferred.
* Energy, drive, reliability, and passion for excellent service.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Strong relationship-building skills and experience meeting targets and KPIs.
* Knowledge of gym culture and habits across UK gyms.
* Organizational, planning, and analytical skills.
* Attention to detail and ability to identify potential opportunities.
* Ability to communicate effectively at all management levels.
