We are seeking a Small Animal Clinical Lead to join our dynamic team and help shape the future of our practice.
As the Small Animal Clinical Lead, you will play a vital role in leading our clinical team, ensuring high standards of patient care and fostering a positive and supportive workplace culture. Your main responsibilities will be:
Clinical Leadership:
1. Lead and mentor the clinical team to deliver outstanding care to our patients.
2. Lead by example in delivering exceptional small animal veterinary care.
3. Stay updated with advances in veterinary medicine and implement best practice.
4. Develop and implement clinical protocols to maintain excellence in practice standards.
5. Champion a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the team.
Patient Care:
1. Oversee diagnostic, treatment, and surgical procedures.
2. Oversee complex cases and provide clinical guidance to colleagues.
3. Ensure compliance with veterinary regulations and standards.
Team Management:
1. Facilitate case discussions, team meetings, and ongoing education.
2. Resolve conflicts or challenges within the team effectively.
Operational Oversight:
1. Collaborate with the management team on clinical workflow and resource allocation.
2. Develop and implement clinical protocols.
3. Contribute to strategic planning and growth of the practice.
Client Interaction:
1. Support a compassionate and empathetic approach to pet care.
2. Provide clear communication about treatment plans and outcomes.
3. Build strong relationships with clients.
Skills and Qualifications:
1. Significant experience in small animal practice.
2. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
3. Commitment to continuous professional development (CPD).

1. A qualified and experienced Vet with a strong background in small animal practice.
2. Proven leadership skills or a desire to step into a leadership role.
3. A team player committed to fostering collaboration and professional growth.

6. Confidence in managing complex cases.
