To undertake and assist in undertaking all relevant activities, to deliver estates services in line with our SLA standards, targets and frequencies. In the absence of the Estates Site(s) Lead Officer, lead, coordinate and manage the delivery of all estates services/activities, to achieve not less than 95% statutory compliance. Skills and Experience You will have experience of boilers and other plant room equipment, coupled with knowledge of electrical circuits and distribution systems. You will be skilled in decorating, carpentry and plumbing repairs and maintenance, and have the ability to work in accordance with the College's health and safety procedures. You will have good literacy and numeracy skills and are able communicate in a calm and professional manner, with students, staff and visitors at all levels. You will have a Health and Safety Qualification Level 2 or be willing to complete this as part of your professional development.
