Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons for Year 3 students
* Assess and monitor student progress
* Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student development
* Participate in staff meetings and professional development sessions
Minimum Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience teaching in a primary school setting
* Strong knowledge of the UK National Curriculum for Key Stage 2
* Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
* Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience
* Excellent classroom management skills
* Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
* Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE)
* Specialist training in primary education
This role involves working on-site at the school during regular school hours. Some additional hours may be required for planning and assessment. The teacher will be part of a collaborative team of educators dedicated to providing high-quality learning experiences for students.
