This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, providing expert HR guidance and support to employees and management. The ideal candidate will be CIPD Level 5 qualified (or working towards it) and have a strong background in HR advisory roles, employee relations, and HR best practices. Key Responsibilities: Provide expert HR advice and support to managers and employees on policies, procedures, and employment law. Manage employee relations cases, including disciplinary and grievance processes, ensuring compliance with legal and company guidelines. Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to enhance workforce engagement. Assist in implementing HR initiatives, such as performance management, learning & development, and well-being programs. Maintain HR records, policies, and documentation in line with GDPR and compliance requirements. Contribute to HR projects, driving continuous improvement in HR processes. Work closely with stakeholders to support business objectives and foster a positive work culture. Requirements: Proven experience in an HR advisory role, supporting managers and employees. Ideally CIPD Level 5 qualified (or working towards it). Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple HR cases while maintaining attention to detail. Experience in handling employee relations, performance management, and HR policies. Comfortable working in a hybrid environment, balancing office and remote work effectively
