Job summary Interview will be held on 3rd April 2025 We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join our team on a one-year fixed term contract to cover Maternity Leave. You need to be experienced in Employee Relations Case Advisory work as you will co-ordinate and support the full range of the employee relations casework within your Clinical Division. You will provide Human Resources and Case Management advice and support to a range of managers dealing with supporting attendance (sickness absence management), disciplinary, performance, early resolution and other employee relations issues. All of our cases are logged on trackers so experience and working knowledge of Excel and MS Teams is essential. You must be able to demonstrate your recent experience of advising on general Terms and Conditions of employment, using employment law knowledge and best practice. If you have advisory experience within the NHS - this would be a bonus.
