The Sales Team Lead is responsible for driving sales performance by coaching agents, optimising operational strategies, and achieving revenue targets. This role requires a focus on results, motivation, and the ability to leverage data to improve sales outcomes. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and leadership skills, combined with a passion for driving performance to develop first-class guest service within our evolving centre of excellence. This is a fast paced, targeted role in our busy contact centre and no two days will be the same. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership & Coaching: Monitor agent calls, conduct coaching sessions, and develop tailored improvement plans for underperformers. Recognize top agents and recruit/train new staff as needed. Performance Management & Data Analysis: Track key metrics like conversion rate, average booking value, AHT, ASA, QA scores, CSAT, absenteeism, and attrition. Analyze agent performance to identify improvement areas, and provide daily reports on team progress and sales results. Operations & Service Delivery: Optimize call routing for revenue, refine sales scripts with QA and trainers, and resolve sales objections or disputes efficiently. Engagement & Culture: Create a competitive yet supportive environment through incentives, daily team huddles, and team-building activities.
