HR Administrators! Pro Education are delighted to be supporting a fantastic school in Plymouth who are seeking a HR Administrator to join their team. This role is either a temporary to permanent role or straightforward permanent depending on the candidate. It offers a salary of £22,241.00 (Please note this role is Pro Rata, so that is the total you will be paid over the 39 school weeks.)
As a HR Administrator you will provide support across the school including; parents and pupils, customer service, reception cover just to name a few. As part of the school team you will need to have a well-rounded administration background including:
1. Excellent IT Skills (Simms + I-Trent system for payroll)
2. CIPD Level 3 minimum
3. Good written and verbal communication skills
4. Excellent customer service skills
5. Previous experience of working with Children
6. Able to multi-task and work under pressure
7. To comply with Safeguarding requirements, you must have a current enhanced DBS or be willing to undertake one.
