The University of St Andrews, in partnership with University of Glasgow and University of Edinburgh has been successful in securing institutional research cultures funding from Wellcome titled “InFrame”. The InFrame project will allow our research communities to teach us their positive leadership behaviours, and then feed their expertise into development and reward structures. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a role as Leadership Developer to lead on the design, delivery, and evaluation of a leadership development programme for funded project leaders, to support delivery of a large-scale multi-partner project: ‘InFrame’ (Inclusive Framework for Research Leadership)
