Freight Customer Services Clerk required to join this busy team Mon-Fri. Rotation of 0900 - 1800 / 0800 - 1700 / 0700 - 1600hrs. Key Tasks Strong communication, including writing, speaking and active listening Great customer service skills, including interpersonal conversation, patience, and empathy Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills In-depth knowledge of industry best practices Basic math and accounting skills Organization, time management and prioritization abilities Ability to be discreet and maintain the security of client information Effective computer skills to input to use account management software in a timely and efficient manner Excellent knowledge of excel, ideally with Intermediate experience level, able to use pivot tables and formulas. Ideal candidate will come from a freight Logistics background Salary max £28,000 p/a 25 days holiday per year, excl bank holidays, overtime 1.5 p/h, yearly bonus related to performance / minimal absence.
