If you’ve held customer support roles for a couple of years elsewhere, you know what it takes to keep the customers happy. This is all thanks to your efficient telephone manner and admin skills. You’ll ideally speak another language: this could be either French, Italian or German: you’ll need this so you provide an exceptional service to our clients abroad.
You’ll be responsible for a lot. You’ll spend most of your time on the phone chasing debts and establishing any potential risks in what we call our ‘investigation discussions’. You’ll review lots of paperwork, analyse any potential risks and build these relationships over time, whilst managing your ledger: across an entire portfolio of clients. Things are busy round here, which means you’ll never be bored or watch the clock.
You’ll be in our Leicester office, housing 100+ employees. You’ll sit within a team of 30, all helping our teams do what they do best. This means there are plenty of people nearby that you can ask for help if you need it. Though, we all work hybrid here, so w...
