Working Pattern: Hybrid (3 office / 2 remote)

Our client, a leading electronics distribution company based in Aston, is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their European Customer Service team. This is a small team of 6 people, who as a collective, take care of all customer enquiries into the business. As a Customer Services Advisor, the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality post-sales support to internal and external customers in both UK and European markets. You will manage incidents, coordinate courier deliveries, and respond to customer requests while ensuring a professional and positive portrayal.
Customer Service Advisor Key Responsibilities:
* Resolve customer queries and issues promptly and positively, adhering to the company's returns policy and keeping customers informed of progress.
* Maintain outstanding incidents, processing replacement orders, and managing courier deliveries/collections efficiently.
* Engage with customers and the Technical Department to resolve product quality issues, and promote the company's approach and values in all interactions.
* Track and maintain performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, incident resolution, and call monitoring.
Customer Service Advisor Experience and Skills:
* Fluency in English, Spanish and French (written and verbal)
* Educated to GCSE Level with English and Maths at Grade C or above.
* 3+ years of customer service background with a proven track record of resolving customer queries and issues by telephone.
* Experience in order and sales processes, best practice telephone technique
